CryptoCashier

Players pay your wallet. Not ours.

Crypto deposits for casinos and sportsbooks, without a payment processor in the middle. Every deposit goes straight into a wallet you own. CryptoCashier watches the blockchain, credits the player once the payment is confirmed, and never touches the money.

One deposit A player's payment travels directly from the player's wallet to the operator's wallet. CryptoCashier sits off to the side, watching the payment, with no path for money through it. Player their wallet You your wallet 50 USDT on TRON CryptoCashier watches, holds no keys
  1. Payment seen on TRON, 50.00 USDT to the player's own address
  2. Confirming 0 of 20 blocks
  3. Credited $50.00 to player jet_042, once
The money moves from the player to you in one step. Nothing on our side can send it anywhere else.

Everything a gaming operator needs from crypto deposits

Built for a live sportsbook and running real players' money. Each of these exists because a real deposit needed it.

An address for every player or deposit

Addresses come from your wallet's public key, so you know whose payment arrived the moment it lands. No shared address, no guessing.

Short payments still get credited

Exchanges take their withdrawal fee out of what the player sends. A deposit that arrives a little short is matched and credited for what actually came, instead of getting stuck.

Nothing disappears into limbo

A payment that can't be matched lands in a queue in your admin. One click attaches it to the right deposit, and two staff members can't attach it twice.

Fast Bitcoin for small deposits

One confirmation for Bitcoin deposits up to a limit you set, so a $20 deposit shows up in about ten minutes, not an hour.

Withdrawals checked on the blockchain

You pay from your own wallet and paste the transaction ID. It's checked on chain for the right amount, address and finality before the withdrawal is marked paid.

An alert when a wallet changes

Changing where deposits go needs an owner's password, and every change is emailed in full to an address set on the server, where someone in your admin can't redirect it.

Credited exactly once

Every credit carries a unique reference. A repeated notification, a retry or a double click can't pay a player twice.

Several brands, one installation

Each brand keeps its own wallets, players and settings. Add a new site without setting up anything new.

How a deposit goes

Your platform keeps its own wallet and player accounts. CryptoCashier plugs in between the player and your balance system through a small API. The integration guide has every call and field.

  1. The player asks to deposit

Your site asks CryptoCashier for a deposit. The player sees an address, a QR code and the amount.

  2. They pay your wallet

The address belongs to your wallet. The money is yours from the second it is sent.

  3. We watch the chain

CryptoCashier follows the payment until it has the confirmations you set for that coin and amount.

  4. The player is credited

We tell your platform to credit the player, once, with a reference it can check. Bonuses and limits stay in your system.

Coins

USDT on TRON and Bitcoin handle real deposits every day. The others are built and switched on when an operator needs them.

It cannot move your money. That's the design.

A payment processor can freeze funds, take a percentage or close your account. CryptoCashier can't do any of that, because it never has anything to send with.

What it holds

  • Your wallets' public keys (xpub, zpub)
  • A Monero view-only key, if you take Monero
  • Deposit addresses and the payments seen on them

What it never holds

  • Your players' funds
  • A way to send a single coin
